Welcome to OjaPlug. We provide the digital tools to help you organize and grow your business. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully to understand how our direct-payment model works.
1. Activation & Extended Trial
To launch your OjaPlug storefront, a non-refundable Setup and Verification Fee of ₦1,000 is required. This fee initiates your account and includes a Full 30-Day Premium Trial. During this month, you have total access to all vendor tools with zero restrictions.
2. Store Maintenance Subscription
After your 30-Day Premium Trial, a maintenance fee is required to keep your store link active and accessible to customers:
- Monthly Plan: ₦900 per month.
- Yearly Plan: ₦10,000 per year.
3. Direct Payment Model (No Middleman)
OjaPlug is a software platform, not a payment processor. We do not hold, touch, or process your sales revenue.
- Payments are made directly from the Buyer to the Vendor's bank account.
- Vendors are responsible for verifying "Proof of Payment" screenshots before fulfilling orders.
- OjaPlug is not liable for any payment disputes, "fake alert" losses, or bank network failures.
4. Referral Points & Store Credits
We believe in shared growth! For every vendor who activates their professional storefront using your unique link, you earn 50 Referral Points.
- Instant Points: Your points are automatically added to your OjaPlug balance once the referred vendor completes their account activation.
- Seamless Plan Renewal: Accumulated points are used exclusively for your store's subscription. Once you have enough points, you can renew your plan for 30 days or a full year without spending a kobo!
- Zero Cash Hassle: Since your points cover your subscription, you can keep 100% of your actual sales profit in your pocket.
- No Expiry: Your earned points don't expire. Save them up to unlock long-term access to your professional vendor tools.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Items
You may not use OjaPlug to sell illegal substances, stolen goods, or fraudulent services. Any vendor caught engaging in "Fake Alert" scams or defrauding buyers will have their store permanently banned without a refund of the platform fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
OjaPlug provides the storefront "as is." We are not responsible for the quality of items sold by vendors, delivery failures, or direct financial transactions between buyers and sellers.
